brix team weekend in Engelberg: A complete success despite the mixed weather!

Our annual team weekend took place in Engelberg from 24 to 25 May. Despite the mixed weather, we were full of energy and travelled together by train to Central Switzerland.

Workshops and solutions

After a quick refreshment at the Trail Hotel Engelberg, we started straight away with exciting workshops on the topics of ‘Work@brix’, ‘Planning & Processes @brix’ and ‘brix Services’. In lively discussions, the teams developed various solutions that are to be implemented in the future.

Scavenger hunt through Engelberg ️‍

In the late afternoon, we went on a discovery tour: on a scavenger hunt organised by Outventure, we explored Engelberg in two teams. With road beer in hand and plenty of team spirit, we mastered various tasks and got to know the area in a fun way.

Cosy evening with a view ️

We rounded off the evening with a delicious dinner in the BänkliAlp restaurant with breathtaking views over Engelberg. We were able to recover from the day's adventures by the fireplace and enjoy the evening in good company.

Hiking and climbing in the mountains

Sport was on the programme on Saturday: some hiked from the village to the Brunnihütte, while others tackled the Brunnistöckli via ferrata. We experienced the full range of mountain weather – from sunshine to hail and rain.

Lunch together and a cosy end to the day

After an eventful morning, we fortified ourselves with lunch together at the Brunnihütte. Depending on our mood, we spent the afternoon with further climbing tours, card games, board games or cosy chats.

Conclusion: A great weekend with many lasting memories

This year's summer weekend was a complete success and brought a lot of fun and new energy to all participants. We're already looking forward to next year, when we'll be celebrating our 25th anniversary – let's see what we come up with!
