Print Grid Service – flexible, dynamic and integrable

The Print Grid Service is your flexible solution for dynamically creating PDFs from any source system. It enables data to be transferred directly into a print-ready PDF in a template-based format, consisting of images and text, in a customized form.
Flexibility through HTML basis
Thanks to the use of HTML as the basis for the layout, our service offers you customized design options. You can define and customize the layout independently to precisely implement your visual and content requirements. Unlike Dynamic Database Publishing (DDP), where script functions can be used for dynamic design, the content is displayed here exclusively according to defined queries that are supplemented by Handlebars to define iterations and further logic.
Versatile application possibilities
- Contact sheets: Create contact sheets from your DAM system, for example with nine assets per page, arranged from left to right to ensure an optimal overview.
- Product data sheets: Generate high-quality product data sheets from your PIM system that clearly display all relevant information – with little effort and in your corporate design.
- Relationship diagrams: Integrate relational data such as product feature icons, accessories, or spare parts to seamlessly include supplementary information directly in your documents.
Headless & Integration
The Print Grid Service is headless and can be seamlessly integrated into your existing systems via API. An initial integration already exists with the innovative PIM solution ATAMYA, in which a customized product data sheet can be created directly by right-clicking on a product.
With the Print Grid Service, you get a powerful tool that flexibly adapts to your needs and allows you to easily and efficiently create PDFs directly from your source systems.
