The Archive Manager allows assets to be archived automatically (or manually) and access rights to be withdrawn from users as soon as the usage rights have expired. Assets can be re-archived to their original structure with just one click.
The Asset Marker extracts information from the metadata and displays it together with the preview image. The information includes the storage location (archive, public, trash), usage rights, film duration, language, aspect ratio, color space and video size.
The Asset Statistics extension can be used to evaluate the use of the respective asset at asset level.
The Asset Validation extension marks assets that do not meet the minimum quality requirements defined.
The Auto Translate extension automates the translation of predefined info fields into other languages during the approval process. In addition, newly created labels are also translated into the corresponding languages.
With the Configurable Date Sync extension, the validity of an asset can be defined based on an information field. This automatically adjusts the availability of the asset when the copyright date expires.
With the Create Collection extension, read-only users can also easily create collections. These collections can be shared internally or passed on to external users via a pin link.
The Duplicate Handler enables the periodic cleanup of duplicates and transfers metadata when cleaning up the duplicates.
The Focal Point Setter makes it possible to automatically crop the image based on a defined focal point when downloading.

The Login Management extension enables you to set the expiration date for external users in advance and automatically deactivates user accounts when they are not in use.
The Metadata Mapper automatically reads the EXIF, XMP and IPTC data when uploading assets and writes them into information fields. This makes it easier to find the assets by searching or using a filter.
The MS Azure Autotagger enables the automatic tagging of assets through the image recognition services of Microsoft Azure.
The Multi Node Reference Editor enables editors to change, delete or assign specific labels when selecting assets.
The Relation Handler lets you link several assets at the same time, whereby the type of relation is freely definable.
Smart Collections automatically assign assets to specific structures based on predefined rules. This allows the asset lifecycle and the correct assignment of authorizations to be elegantly organized.
The Upload Request extension allows internal users and external suppliers to upload assets to CELUM DAM without the need to log in. This is done via a predefined upload link and a web form. After each upload, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to those responsible at Switzerland Tourism to include the assets in the approval workflow.
The User Sync Field Extension makes it possible to automatically provide users of the DAM system as a value list for labels.
