Share Listing

The extension «Share Listing» allows administrators to keep track of who shares what with CELUM DAM via the different channels. All PIN codes and, depending on the extensions installed, also Smart Views and the Upload Requests set up are displayed.

In the PIN list, the PIN codes are linked to nodes and assets so that they can be selected directly. In the Smart Views, the respective root node can be selected and from the Upload Request list it is possible to navigate directly to the linked nodes and select or adjust an upload request. In all lists there is the possibility to search, sort and delete.

If required, all users can receive information about the Smart Views, Upload Requests and PIN links they have created themselves. The functionality will be further extended (overview of external asset downloader in terms of expired assets and usage rights).
