Smart Collections

Create unlimited smart folders (smart collections) based on your filtering criteria. The extension ensures that only the assets that match the filter criteria are linked in the node.

Key Features

• Define any filter criteria (e.g. text, asset type, node ID, information fields, file type, file extensions, date criteria)
  
• Several nodes can be included in the filter
  
• Create an unlimited number of Smart Collections
• Assigning permissions to Smart Collection allows you to realize a metadata-based permission system 
  
• Automatically update changed metadata of nodes in the Smart Collection
• Configure an interval for updating (e.g. hourly)
  The extension is realized as a system task.
