Versioned Infofields

Do you need not only versions of the files for your assets, but also versioned metadata?

With the Versioned Infofields plug-in, the metadata for the information fields you define is retained when you upload a new version. This means that all changes can be tracked at any time.

Configure which user groups are allowed to edit versioned infofields and, analogous to the «Version Viewer» extension, also allow read-only users of selected groups to access the different versions of an asset. This enables your CELUM Content users to view and download all asset versions.

Likewise, you can configure in which download formats the versions can be downloaded.

Use the import/export feature for easy data migration of version metadata. You can also easily connect to external systems via a dedicated API (REST interface).
