Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses the "Google Analytics" service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze website usage by users. The service uses "cookies" – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics is a market-leading B2B sales and marketing support tool. It is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that works based on reverse business IP tracking. This involves placing a tracking code on our website that enables us to identify the business IP addresses of our website visitors. No personal data is stored in the process, nor can any other conclusions about the visitor be determined.

Lead Forensics matches the identified business IP address to a global database of companies and business information. Lead Forensics says it does not identify personal IP addresses, mobile devices or other data not associated with a business.

Lead Forensics' service – according to Lead Forensics' confirmation and privacy policy – does not fall under the scope of the GDPR. Since the GDPR does not focus on the distinction between companies and private individuals, but between legal entities and natural persons, the scope of the information collected by Lead Forensics and provided to us is covered by our legitimate interest for marketing purposes (recital 47 GDPR).

Newsletter and Tools from Zoho

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid e-mail address from you as well as your release that you own the specified e-mail address or agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties – except to our newsletter software provider, Zoho Corporation. Your information and your consent are verified for this via the double opt-in process.

We will therefore only process the data you enter in the contact form with your consent, in accordance with Art. 6 (1a) GDPR for the stated purpose. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter or by contacting us directly. The data processed before we receive your request can still be processed lawfully.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used for sending the newsletter until you cancel the subscription and the data is deleted. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area or for maintaining a business relationship) remain unaffected.

Zoho Newsletter & Download Form: On our website, the functions of the service "Zoho-Campaigns" are integrated. These functions are provided by Zoho Corporation, 4141 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton, California 94588, USA. Our direct contractual partner is Zoho Corporation B.V., Hoogoorddreef 15, 1101 BA Amsterdam, Netherlands, and is therefore fully subject to European data protection law.

When you register for our newsletter, your data is automatically transferred to our account at Zoho Campaigns, from where we send our newsletter. In addition, we automatically store your data in our CRM system (also from Zoho) to manage the business relationship with you. For example, when you download one of our white papers, your data (name, email) is also transferred to our Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM account. The newsletter sent via Zoho Campaigns contains a so-called tracking pixel, also called web beacon. Thanks to this pixel, we can evaluate whether and when you have opened our newsletter and whether you have followed links in the newsletter. In addition to other technical data, such as the data of your computer system and your IP address, the data processed in the process is stored so that we can optimize our newsletter offering and respond to the interests of our subscribers. The data is thus used to increase the quality and attractiveness of our newsletter offer.

In addition, we use Zoho's CRM system to organize our business contacts as well as our business activities such as contract and license management with customers and suppliers.

Zoho stores data only on servers located in the EU. For technical support purposes, Zoho employees in India can access the data. Zoho has entered into a data protection agreement with its Indian subsidiary in accordance with European standards. Zoho's full privacy policy can be found at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.h....
