Privacy policy for the use of the CELUM YouTube Connector
- The CELUM YouTube Connector developed by brix IT Solutions GmbH automatically sends videos from a customer-defined location in CELUM to YouTube and provides them with a title and description. These videos are entered into a previously specified playlist. The ID of this playlist is saved in the configuration of the CELUM YouTube Connector. After the upload, the YouTube URL of the video is stored in CELUM so that it can be forwarded for use in connected peripheral systems
- User data are initially required to connect the CELUM YouTube Connector with YouTube. After that, a token is used to upload videos to YouTube.
- New video versions or changes made to the title or description are automatically updated on YouTube.
- If the video is deleted in CELUM or removed from the location defined in CELUM, the video is automatically deleted from YouTube and is no longer available.
By using the CELUM YouTube Connector, you consent to the processing of data by Google and CELUM in accordance with the above purpose.
Lead Forensics
Lead Forensics is a market-leading B2B sales and marketing support tool. It is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that works based on reverse business IP tracking. This involves placing a tracking code on our website that enables us to identify the business IP addresses of our website visitors. No personal data is stored in the process, nor can any other conclusions about the visitor be determined.
Lead Forensics matches the identified business IP address to a global database of companies and business information. Lead Forensics says it does not identify personal IP addresses, mobile devices or other data not associated with a business.
Lead Forensics' service – according to Lead Forensics' confirmation and privacy policy – does not fall under the scope of the GDPR. Since the GDPR does not focus on the distinction between companies and private individuals, but between legal entities and natural persons, the scope of the information collected by Lead Forensics and provided to us is covered by our legitimate interest for marketing purposes (recital 47 GDPR).

Newsletter and Tools from Zoho
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid e-mail address from you as well as your release that you own the specified e-mail address or agree to receive the newsletter. When you register for our newsletter, your data is automatically transferred to our account at Zoho Campaigns, from where we send our newsletter. In addition, we automatically store your data in our CRM system (also from Zoho) to manage the business relationship with you.
